I share the album closer vibe you get from Daydreaming. On the very end of the track there seems to be a harsh cut to silence though, as if the next track is coming in directly at that point... maybe it's the opener? It would make a very interesting first track for sure. So enchanting! The more I think about it, all the noises in the beginning and the tape wobble would make a magical opening for an LP. hmmmmm...

that describes what I see in the video, thanks for putting it down. there's only one scene that does not really go well with the theory: the mayor welcomes the inspector to the town and he seems kind of sad that the inspector does not shake his hand. that's the moment when they look like they don't know each other or even get along well which makes the prearranged agreement a bit unlikely... what do you think about this?
