Up-vote generously, down-vote rarely. No soliciting votes or suggesting down-votes.
For code distributions, if all codes are claimed, don't ask for more.
Moderators will remove unpopular posts and will lock posts when they are expired or all codes have been claimed.

No lite applications, apps with intermittent ads, apps that are always free or free most of the time. No 'deals' through Amazon Underground.

Don't use referral/affiliate URLs in posts or comments.
If an app has two versions (ex. iPhone & iPad), don't post twice. Add both links in the Comments.
Delete your own post when the deal has expired.
