#1: You must be doing the StrongLifts 5x5 core program
- While you are free to add whichever assistance exercises you want, in order for us to be on the same page we should all be working through the same program. 3x5 and 1x5 programs are great too, but this specific subreddit is designed to get a small group of people doing the same program.
#2: We will start tomorrow today with Week #1. You do not have to follow the program with the subreddit, but it would be cool to have a group of people lifting the same wait in the same weeks.
- It doesn't matter when you do your lifts (Mon/Wed/Fri, Tues/Thur/Sat, etc) but be consistent and post in the weekly threads when you're done with each week.
#3: If you are not active in the subreddit (posting at least 2-3 times per week) you will be removed.
- It is great that you want to share your progress and have people tell you you're doing great. But the whole goal here is to encourage others and develop a community. Give advice, cheer people on, do form checks, etc. Spread some love and you'll get a ton back!
