I live on a college campus and fried, sugary, and carb filled foods are constantly at your fingertips. I have been able to deny/avoid all of the foods so far (it has NOT been easy) but today was definitely a big moment. One of our dining centers is buffet styled with large to-go box options. Normally, I grab a salad, some meats, and GTFO. Today they had literally all of my absolute favorite foods; a LITERAL buffet of chicken fingers, french fries, mozzarella sticks, pizza, brownies, and ice cream. Not only could I have eaten a mountain of all of these foods for hours if I wanted to, i also had the option to bring ANOTHER mountain home with me. I didn't though. i got my salad, steak, broccoli, and continued my day. It was very hard but I am proud of myself and I wanted to share with someone.
I also checked my weight the other day and I am 60lbs down, which has really strengthened my resolve.
Only 50 pounds away from 200 and 100 pounds until I start eating at a calorie surplus to bulk up before switching to a keto deficit and repeating until I look less like a sac of 12 day old balloon animals. Crazy that I'm down, a normal human's weight in a year. It takes most humans like 12 years to weigh that much lol.
Thanks for your continued support Keto fam. I'm not done losing this fat yet, but the day I am I'm buying you all steak..ok, not really, but I'll deff post a pic of me eating one...or three.

I realize that I am old. but back when I was young, we called plant based meat "Vegetables".
I have not watched one minute of the Harry Potter stuff. I do like Colonel Potter.

I am almost out of Whiskey. Might have to switch over ot vodskey. You know what they say: Vodkskey then Whiskey, never risky. Whiskey then vodskey, mighty tasteeeeeee.
I like peeing in the backyard before i go to bed.
I am drinking my beverage out of a protein shake mixer Blender Bottle thing. I think of it as an adult sippy cup.
My Windows laptop was getting a bit old and slow, so I switched to a Chromebook for personal stuff. So far so bueno.
I don't like to ice fish. It takes too long to get my boat launched :)
Be right back--gotta pee.
For the 1st time in 15+ years, the scale dropped below 200! I’m a 6 ft male and have lost 48lbs since May. The last 3 weeks... I hovered around 202/204 and was getting frustrated. This morning, it finally happened. I’m thrilled with where I am and I feel better and healthier than I have in a long time. I appreciate the tips and posts from this community. It helps keep me going and I thank you for the help.
I just got on the scale and it is below 78kg/172lbs for the first time.
I started at 98kg/216lbs.
My goal weight is between 65-70kg.
So another 10kg to go. I'm 2/3 down to my old weight and current goal. I haven't been obese for a while and really looking for those healthy weight BMI. BMI is 26.7 right now
After having body image issues and weight problems since I was 12, just over a year ago I finally decided I'd stop making excuses and finally better myself. As of today I have lost a total of 30 Kg and can finally say I feel comfortable in the skin I'm in for the first time in 10+ years. Setting myself this goal and finally achieving it even throughout all the highs and lows that come along with life, I can finally say not only do I feel proud about the way I look, but also the way I feel about myself. Started at 112Kg now at 82! :) https://imgur.com/a/NGQpu8r
