Calculator function it can use I either missed it or the function doesn't exist. I need a calculation where I enter what I can pay each month and the result shows how much mortgage I can get. To simplify this comment (developers rarely understand the comments) I can afford $239/month. At 3.9%, for 30 years how much mortgage is that? Add this type of calculation and THAT would be great.

Good app This is a nice app. Easy to use, well integrated with their home searching app. Only problem I have is it will not let me take off the mortgage insurance payment. I know that not many people can't do that but I know there are a lot of people using VA home loans. And a VA loan works as pmi so you don't need an additional payment.

A lot of my mortgage calculator and I could learn a lot more about that and they were the get a home phone to get one about a save a lot of money but in their on buying a home without a mortgage on it go then cuz that does that cost a lot of money having a mortgage on a house and everything to be less money and not having a mortgage on the house ever know that over people's heads and everything banks won't be hassling people in th mortgage how to be the best thing in the world get something about a mortgage

No VA support This app automatically includes fees tht dont apply to VA loans (PMI). NEEDS to account for VA loans with 1000 down payments!

Sucks for actually calculating a mortgage Not a very useful tool for calculating mortgages for clients. Useful if you are a client shopping around the neighborhood trying to find homes you can afford.

Sucks Highly disappointed since I LOVE the Realtor home finder app. This has too many flaws. Sliders not good, should just be able to type in info. Also need to be able to link it to the home you are looking at to figure in taxes and closing costs.
