Another attack on an #oil pipeline in #Iraq, close to #Kirkuk. Prior their take-over in 2014, targeting oil facilities was a common tactic by ISIS that resulted in major #oil spill and environmental pollution of the Tigris river. Fears are they will resume this tactic twitter.com/IranIntl/statu…
