I'd like to know that too. Only found that the issue seems to be with uprobes, since kernel ver 3.10.0-229.x, only affecting 12c.

I have used Fedora 24 alpha + rawhide for testing: there indeed CONFIG_BPF_SYSCALL=y. I have checked and F23 has that too BTW.
