So #AhmeH was convicted as a terrorist but instead of the original 7 years he has to spend only 5 years in prison. Pre-trial detention counts, after the 2/3 he could be released conditionally.

Illegal entry only could be committed by such who has no right to enter or stay. #AhmedH had a legal right for both since he had a valid passport with Schengen visa just like any Hungarian.
