The softer the paper, the more lint there may be. We regularly shut down our manufacturing lines to remove excess lint that could drop onto products, so that they reach you in the best possible condition. But sometimes a little lint sneaks through!

Actually these are different products (it can be confusing, we get it!) One is Puffs Ultra Soft, the other is just basic Puffs. We have different sheet counts for different sub brands of Puffs products; rest assured it has nothing to do with the characters!
