Not only does Israel fail its responsibility under the Geneva Conventions to ensure the welfare of the occupied, it also insists that all aid is bought in Israel for top dollar. That is where foreign aid money goes, except UNWRA teacher salaries, etc.

The report intro is basically a restatement of the current Israeli position in peace talks, with wishful thinking about restricting settlements.
A resolution has been achievable. Abbas is still waiting. But settlers are in charge.

You are correct, that Jews may not be the majority.
However, there can be democracy.
Note also that Jewish Orthodox growth rate is high (do they vote?) and non-Jewish birthrate is falling. So there should be a balance.
