I did it once. Frightening. 30-40 men coming out of a mosque. No women. Everything dumped on streets. Destroyed cars, garbage, construction residues. Graffiti all over. Waze/Google Maps took passed Hizma from Dead Sea.
Not a problem of poverty but culture. Cleaning is a choice.
