Police Dog Finn was stabbed & nearly died; his assailant received NO punishment for this crime; the law sees Service Animals as mere "property". Stabbing a dog = breaking a window! Today, PC goes to Parliament to get the law changed . RT if you support

Except; 1) it’s led by 25,000 Yemenis & Yemeni Government (& local resistance) taking back their country/city 2) there’s little Saudi presence on the southern battlefields 3) The Saudi’s privately would prefer that there wasnt urban warfare but aren’t in control of the situation

IDS just said on Sky that Universal Credit is transforming child poverty. It certainly is Iain, it’s gone up by 100,000 in the last year 🤦🏻‍♂️

Cautionary note: Yemen's Houthis claim to have destroyed a UAE warship but photo circulated on social media shows a Saudi frigate that was hit in January 2017.

Daily Telegraph (sadly) the only paper with a thoughtful analysis on Yemens civil war.

Houthi leader Abdel-Malek al-Houthi called on his followers late on Thursday to head to the frontlines to fight the “instruments of the United States and Israel”.

Experts say our NHS needs at least 4% more funding to improve. So 100,000 of us have already pledged to pay a bit more tax to support the NHS we all rely on. Will you add your name?

Interesting that this is a driverless car that’s not allowed to be driverless in law. Technology has already caught up with the future.

“Hodeidah is also the main source of income for the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels, who charge shippers around $100,000 to allow each ship to berth and offload food or fuel.”

WATCH: the SNP's childish walkout in Parliament today meant that their emergency motion on devolution and the EU Withdrawal Bill could not be moved. I asked the Secretary of State to make a statement so that those of us actually representing our constituents can contribute.

Coley has helped make Accrington Stanley. Over the longer period, arguably the most important person at the club. However, would Stanley have stuck by Steve Keen? Could Stanley afford a double relegation? Big questions.

. stuck with Steve Keen as advised by ‘the professionals’ (gravy train advisors) inside the game. Real Madrid change managers every week - 13 Champions League Trophy’s. The manager is the most crucial person at a club. He can make them or break them (badly) in months.

Interesting pattern about those crying crocodile tears for today— 1) Most are neither Yemenis nor Arabs, but they certainly are Assad regime apologists. 2) City was besieged and starved by Houthis for 2 years — yet not a peep from this crowd. .

Anyone understand knows that is no a make or break in the civil war. It is not Sanaa or Saada. But it will pave the way for an exit strategy for Saudi-UAE coalition. Those who oppose liberating this strategic port don’t want to end the war, but prolong the misery

President : Due to the Houthis’ practices that exacerbate the humanitarian situation in & their continued spoiling of peace, we’ve called on the National Army& the popular resistance supported by the Arab Coalition to liberate militarily the city and port of Hodeida
