That's definitely strange. The 'Customise Easy Alerts' option should be below the 'Notification list'. Would you mind deleting and re-installing the app and letting me know if this still doesn't appear?

Hey Mat, we've had Touch ID since version 2.8.1 (Face ID since 3.3.0). You may need to update your app if this option isn't available for you

Hey Jayne, if you're unable to get to any of our remaining branches, you can deposit at a CBA branch or an Australia Post Outlet (up to $6000 per day). If you go to the Post Office, just make sure you have your Debit Mastercard with you.
