Hello Lori, we apologize that we were not able to rent a van at the ILM location. We did have a van available to fulfill your reservation, however all renter's must meet certain criteria in order to rent with us, and these requirements were not met. Again we apologize. ~Susan

Hi, We have reviewed your rerservation, and we see that it was prepaid so unfortunately, I am unable to make the modification to add your Preferred #. When you arrive at the location they will be able to add it at that time. Sorry for the inconvenience. ~Tresa
