Suhail Doshi
Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder

Suhail Doshi is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder at Mixpanel, which he launched in 2009 with co-founder Tim Trefren. Recognizing that technical products were being built with outdated metrics or no data at all, Suhail invented the first product analytics solution that could grant deep insight into what users are doing. He leads vision and strategy at Mixpanel, as the company continues to transform how product leaders build and measure innovative technologies across the web, the mobile space, and the internet of things.

Tim Trefren is co-founder and Head of Customer Success & Support at Mixpanel, which he launched in 2009 with co-founder Suhail Doshi. Tim developed much of the original technology behind Mixpanel and previously served as Head of Engineering.

Stu Aaron
President and Chief Operating Officer

Stu Aaron is President and Chief Operating Officer at Mixpanel, where he directs the business operations. Previously, Stu served as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Blue Jeans Network, where he helped grow the business from zero to a leadership position in the video collaboration market. Before that, Stu was Vice President of Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, and Public Policy at Bloom Energy. Stu has led several startups to successful IPO and M&A exits.

Shawn Hansen
Chief Marketing Officer

Shawn Hansen is the Chief Marketing Officer at Mixpanel, where he leads marketing, sales enablement, and sales development. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Spireon, Inc., where he helped establish the company as the market leader in IoT connected vehicles and grew its subscriber base to 3.5 million. Previously, he was responsible for Microsoft’s popular SQL Data Warehouse cloud service and Microsoft Analytics Platform System.

Joe Xavier
Vice President of Engineering

Joe Xavier is the Vice President of Engineering at Mixpanel, where he is responsible for all engineering and machine learning functions. Before joining Mixpanel, he was Director of Engineering at Twitter, responsible for the Home Timeline and Twitter Cards. Joe also led the engineering teams responsible for Recommendations at Amazon and worked on the product side at Microsoft to build products like SQL Azure, a highly scalable, on-demand data storage and query processing web service.

Michelle Denman
Vice President of Human Resources

Michelle Denman is the Vice President of People and Culture at Mixpanel where she manages all people related functions including people operations, talent acquisition, and internal communication. Previously, she served as SVP of Human Resources at AppSense, where she led all HR functions including recruitment and internal communication across 12 countries. Michelle has also served as human resources executive at PeopleSoft (now Oracle), Washington Mutual (now JP Morgan Chase), and Trend Micro.

Justin Lau
Vice President of Legal

Justin Lau is the Vice President of Legal at Mixpanel, where he is responsible for all aspects of its legal and compliance functions. Prior to joining Mixpanel, Justin practiced law at Cooley LLP, where he focused primarily on representing public and private technology companies, including Mixpanel, in a broad range of corporate, strategic, operational, governance and securities matters, including venture capital financings, capital markets offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Brent Sapiro
Vice President of Sales

Brent Sapiro serves as Vice President of Sales at Mixpanel, where he directs teams across all segments and verticals. Before joining Mixpanel, Brent served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales at Replicon, the leading provider of time tracking and project management solutions, as well as Vice President of Sales at Affectiva and Webex/Cisco.
