The fact that you even have a rating system is a joke. The biggest joke however is your office. The best joke would be if anyone actually answered your phones.

I've been trying to reach the Israeli Consulate in New York to ask a straightforward question. Phones get disconnected; "contact us" forms don't work. I asked a person in-the-know if she had any idea ...how to get through to them. She advised: "you need to go there when they are open." It turns out they are open three hours a day. Are you kidding me??? I thought Israel was a tech superpower. 더 보기

I try to get them on the phone for a months and cannot get anyone to answer.

The people here are extremely rude, unhelpful, and unacommodating. My experience here made me NEVER want to go to Israel. Even when you try to be extra nice and polite they are complete assholes. I ho...pe I never have to come here again. 더 보기

Renewing my Israeli passport at the consulate was relatively quick, easy and simple. I was expecting a long wait and intense bureaucratic hurdles, but was pleasantly surprised to see how smooth the pr...ocess went. Nothing like taking a 6am bus to NY to get to the Israeli Consultant to prove you exist and renew your passport to find out you need to have your plane ticket booked before you can get your passport. ...Took me 3 hours of waiting in lines to find that out and then have them tell me I need to come back another time. Of course, they never mentioned any of this during the hundred emails that went back and forth! 더 보기

I've been trying to reach the consulate all day to get an emergency passport but no one is answering and the mailbox is full. This is an EMERGENCY and I can't reach anyone. Thanks for nothing.

I understand there are a lot of Jews living in Brooklyn and even think of it as the second promised land. That there are more Jews in Brooklyn then in Jerusalem. I love the Jewish people as their life...style in the scriptures reflects very much my culture from when my kith and kin lived along the Volga. They were called the "Volga Deutsche" or "Volga Germans" and they also had a very partriacal society and they didn't like to be called either "Russian" or "German" as many weren't German and they weren't too happy being called Russian either. They're the ones who not only refused to serve in the Russian military but also would hide young Russian men in their attics to keep the Russian military from hauling them off to serve 20 to 25 years in the army.
