Creative Cloud for teams gives you access to the latest creative desktop apps - the moment they are released, plus collaboration tools and services you need to create your best work.
As an admin, quickly deploy seats through the dedicated Creative Cloud for teams Admin Console, delete and reassign seats as needed, access advanced technical support by telephone any time of day, and purchase additional licenses pro-rated to the same anniversary date of your initial purchase.

Purchase
With Creative Cloud for teams, every user on the team can be on one of two plans. For team members who need multiple Creative Cloud apps and services, 100GB of storage, and access to user-focused Expert Services sessions, the All Apps plan has them covered. For team members who need only one favorite Creative Cloud app — such as Photoshop CC — and 20GB of storage, the Single App plan is ideal.
Regardless of the plan required by each individual, Creative Cloud for teams helps you get up and running - as a team. You can buy all the plans you need in one single purchase. Plus your team admin(s) receives access to the easy-to-use, web-based Admin Console, enabling them to centrally purchase, deploy, and manage all seats for their team or organization, under one single membership agreement.
Your team can even have multiple admins. We recommend assigning an admin from IT to help with initial deployment and another admin from the creative team to help with ongoing management. Admins can easily add new users or reassign existing licenses as the team evolves and its needs change.
Membership to Creative Cloud for teams includes everything you get in an individual Creative Cloud membership plus administrative tools for centralized license purchase and management. Team members on an All Apps plan also receive the added benefit of increased storage capacity —from 20 GB to 100 GB — and access to two Expert Services sessions per year.
Individual Creative Cloud members can be upgraded to Creative Cloud for teams with no cancellation fee. An admin for the Creative Cloud for teams account simply has to invite the user to join the team. The user can then accept the Creative Cloud for teams invitation and follow the prompts for canceling the individual membership.
Alternatively, teams can contact Customer Care for support. Be prepared to provide:
• Adobe ID for the primary admin of the teams membership
• Phone number for the primary admin
• Adobe IDs for the individual memberships you want to switch to the teams membership

Deploy
Once you have purchased Creative Cloud (through Adobe.com, telephone, or Adobe's network of worldwide resellers), log in to the Creative Cloud Admin Console and follow the easy instructions for getting started or watch a quick getting started video.
You have the following options for deployment:
- Enable your team members to self-install their licenses by inviting them to join your Creative Cloud for teams plan. To do so, simply add their email addresses in the Creative Cloud Admin Console. They receive an email invitation to create an Adobe ID. Once the ID is created, it is linked to the team plan, and team members can download and install the Creative Cloud apps that are assigned to them.
- Deploy with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager. Creative Cloud Packager makes it easy for you to create packages that contain Adobe Creative Cloud products and updates. These packages can then be deployed to the client machines in your organization. You can download Creative Cloud Packager and access documentation from the Deployment Tools panel in the Admin Console.
As an IT admin, you are entitled to advanced 24/7 technical support. If you have technical questions, contact us.
Manage
Creative Cloud for teams comes with administrative tools that enable teams or companies to easily manage and scale their software investment. The Admin Console allows you to centrally manage licenses; assign, add, or redeploy seats, and more.
Another great benefit is that teams are able to have as many admins as they like. We recommend assigning at least one secondary administrator to the account so your team's management and deployment needs can always be quickly taken care of. For more information, see Manage your Creative Cloud for teams membership.
If your Creative Cloud for teams plan includes Adobe Stock, you can assign Adobe Stock subscriptions to one team member, to multiple team members, or to all team members. For more information, see Manage your Stock membership.
