WARNING: DO NOT SIGN UP WITH HOVER. Absolutely appalling customer service. 2wks response time after ...3 years with this company, which started out as a beautiful relationship. In the beginning, 24 hours response to faults and issues. Suddenly went off a cliff in early 2019. I now have all my companies domain and email with this pitiful excuse for a "service provider". When server issues occur, it will be the death knell for your business. Don't risk it! Afficher la suite
Worst customer service ever, thank you Hover for ignoring my emails and putting me in trouble, i can...'t express how much i regret buying a domain and useless emails boxes in your server. Afficher la suite
I switched from another domain name registry to Hover years ago and have never looked back. Pricing ...and services are transparent, there's minimal attempts to up-sell (and what they do offer actually has value), and most importantly, their customer service has been fantastic the few times I've needed it. The latest example: I wanted to move from their webmail service to G Suite. I contacted them by chat to find out if there were any migration tools. I immediately got a friendly reply: while they don't provide a tool themselves, the representative pointed me to the migration tools that Google offers, then sent me links to the server settings I'd need for the migration. Basically, I asked how I can *stop* paying them for one of their products and use someone else's, and they happily gave me what I needed to get it done. No runaround, no attempts to convince me not to do it. That's exactly why I'll keep using them and keep recommending them. Afficher la suite
