Advances accessibility and inclusion at ICANN by understanding and tackling the particular needs of populations who face challenges to participate in the policy development work. 

Receives and reviews Expressions of Interest for various ALAC appointments until the end of the ICANN57 Hyderabad meeting. 

Makes recommendations to the ALAC regarding the criteria and expectations for ALSes and how those expectations relate to the work of the RALOs.

Collaborates with ICANN Strategic Initiatives Department to prepare for the formal review process of the At-Large Community.

Identifies and compiles an initial slate of candidates for the ICANN Board Director position selected by the At-Large Community (ICANN Board Director Seat #15). 

Oversees the entire selection process of the ICANN Board Director selected by the At-Large Community (ICANN Board Director Seat #15), including the election culminating the process. 

Focuses on the capacity building activities within At-Large, including developing webinar series to improve members' knowledge in ICANN policy issues. 

Explores real-time captioning tools to enable full participation of end users in At-Large activities. 

Coordinates and manages At-Large's efforts related to the Community Regional Outreach Pilot Program (CROPP). 

Focuses on issues related to the development of ICANN Fiscal Year Budget and reviews ALAC's and RALOs' Special Budget Requests.

Assists in the development of a Leadership Training Program within ICANN. 

Discusses the transition of US Government Stewardship of the IANA function in relation to the discussions taking place in other fora such as the ICG, RIR, IETF, ISOC and IAB spaces. Also focuses on discussion and progress in the CCWG on Enhancing ICANN Accountability

Addresses challenges and promotes knowledge regarding the implementation of Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs) in the Root Zone.

Evaluates the participation of At-Large members. 

Follows developments related to the implementation of New gTLDs and reviews the New gTLD Objection Process, Applicant Support issues, Outreach and Evaluation Recommendations, and New gTLD Rollout issues. 

Creates a new strategy for organizing At-Large sessions in future ICANN meetings based on the formal recommendations made by the ICANN Meeting Strategy Working Group in 2014. 

Oversees and coordinates the outreach and engagement efforts of the At-Large Community at local and regional levels; aims to build awareness of ICANN, recruit new members, and engage current members.  

Discusses issues related to the public interest in the context of ICANN and the manner in which end users are impacted.

Reviews the entire scope of the Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA), looks at the challenges faced by Registrants, and seeks to make recommendations to mediate those challenges. 

Develops a strong and sustainable presence of the At-Large Community on social media; coordinates the content creation for At-Large's Twitter and Facebook and provides live feed during ICANN international meetings. 

Focuses on the stability, safety, and security of Domain Name System (DNS) and covers issues such as DNSSEC, DNS Exploitation Techniques, and the implementation of IPv6. 

Reviews ALSes' and RALOs' communication and collaboration needs; introduces selected information dissemination, web conferencing, and other tools. 

Collaborates with ICANN Digital Services team in revamping the official website of the At-Large community.
