Q. What do you mean by affiliate sales?
Plans are based on monthly affiliate sales, which is the total amount of items purchased from your shop that are referred by your affiliates. This number does not include commissions paid out (there isn’t a limit on payments).
Q. What happens if I go over the monthly affiliate sales limit of my current plan?
We continue to capture incoming sales and place them “on hold”. You can upgrade your plan and publish the pending sales immediately.
Q. Is Refersion able to track more than one shopping cart/domain?
We can track multiple carts and domain sales within the same account. Get in touch with us for more info.
Q. Is PayPal required to pay my affiliates?
PayPal is not required to pay affiliates. You can opt to pay commissions with store credit, checks, money orders, etc.
Q. What type of commission structure do you support?
We offer the option to set a flat rate or a percentage of sale for your affiliates.
Q. Which currencies do you support?
We support a wide variety of currencies. If yours isn’t listed, get in touch with us as we may be able to accommodate you.
Q. What happens if a customer returns a product and I already credited my affiliate for it?
We have a new beta feature that allows Shopify customers to account for affiliate referred returns. Additionally, there are measures you can take to minimize the risks of overpayment.
