Disclaimer - Please Read Before You Upgrade

We have many customers who have the ratings shown in Google SERP (Search Engine Results Page). We follow Google's best practices and constantly improve the app according to the newest updates making sure that your product page will pass Google's official Rich-Snippets testing tool.

Having said that, we cannot guarantee that Google will show your stars in the search results. No one can guarantee that because
only Google has access and control of its snippets algorithms.
This algorithm which "decides" whether to show the stars (or not) is based on multiple variables like the search keywords, page popularity, device type, search country and much more. Therefore, if you don't see the snippets, it doesn't necessarily mean that other people can't see them as well.

Our recommendation: if you choose to upgrade for Rich-Snippets - please strictly follow the instructions on the after upgrade page. Then, test your product page in Google's Rich-Snippets Testing Tool and give Google between 2-5 weeks to crawl and potentially show the ratings. Also, do not try to play the system by faking votes, the same algorithm will easily spot that and will blacklist your snippets.

If Google sync and choose to show the ratings in the results - AWESOME! If not, you can easily downgrade back to the Free plan. Note: There won't be refunds for claims related to Rich-Snippets.
