How are the products mapped between two systems?
The product is mapped by using it's variant SKU or variant Barcode. It is the only unique ID to identify each stock.

Can my product update from multiple data source from difference vendors?
Ya, Stock Sync just added a new feature to support multiple data sources. Example, fashion items can be updating from Vendor A using FTP and jewelry itesm can be updating from Vendor B using Dropbox.
Does Stock Sync auto create new products while performing updates?
Unfortunately no, product creation is another complex process to be automated because it involved, images, variants and prices.
What if the source file has more SKUs than what I am selling on my online store?
Stock Sync will take care of it. It will only update products that has a matching SKU or Barcode on your online store and source file.
Can I use barcode to match my products?
Yes, Stock Sync can be configure to use either SKU or Barcode when matching products. Please goto Settings page, under Advance Setting field name "Shopify Product Key" to make the changes.

Easy to set-up, works in a timely manner and the customer service is great! I run a large store with many dropship suppliers. I was feeling overwhelmed keeping up with the inventory counts daily, so I tried Stock Sync.
