Supermodel Gisele Bündchen and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady have just purchased a riverfront home in New York—although they won’t be able to move in just yet.

The genetically blessed couple paid more than $20 million for a five-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot-home at the Robert A.M. Stern-designed 70 Vestry in Manhattan’s TriBeCa neighborhood, a source confirmed for Mansion Global.

Residents of the 70 Vestry condominium, due to be completed in 2018, will have impressive views of the Hudson River and access to a spa suite with an 82-foot swimming pool, separate children’s pool, and hot and cold plunge pools.

This won’t be the couple’s first home in the city; they already own a condo at One Madison in the Flatiron neighborhood. They also own a New England home, in Chestnut Hill, Mass.
