Can I cancel at any time?
Yes – you can downgrade from a paid plan to Free at any time. You’ll remain upgraded for the days that you have already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're unsatisfied with your upgrade, please let us know why within a few days of subscribing and we'll issue a full refund.
Do you offer discounts?
The yearly plan comes with a discount. We do not offer any other discounts at this time.
What do I need to use Slides?
All you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser such as the most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
