there are operators like +=, -=, *=, &=, ...
it is unbelievable that this plugin even support matrix multiplication operator @, but not a +=

It used to work but now i cannot add new environment to ptvs. the "Add Environment" button is greyed out.
Any ideas on why? I tried run VS with administrator but still the same.
