Hi,

I'm a prestashop developer and totally new to this forum and browsing for the general web development/designing/ecommerce related topics to discuss but in the forum archive section I can not create the new topic and here in Books and training section under the sub topics I'm able to do this. Why So? Please help me out here and provide some forum posting guidelines.
