Granted, it has been several years since I used BE, but yesterday I installed a clean version of latest BE for a new blog.

However - some functionality seems to be missing:

1. User configuration? Where can I find that? I had to manually edit the xml files to add a new admin user to the blog.
2. Referrer stats? That also seems to be missing.
   

If I try to log into the "Admin demo" on http://zoo.azurewebsites.net , those things seem to be missing too.

How do I enable these features? My blog is hosted on the provider "unoeuro.com" .
