Google pixel Not sure if others have experienced this, but installed all the Microsoft apps onto my new google pixel XL and none of them (OneDrive, OneNote, outlook etc) allow me to log in, once I enter my email for my user name, the app just goes blank and I can never enter a password. Even Skype doesn't work. I've contacted Microsoft tech support and after 48hrs I have received no response. I use all Microsoft apps exclusively for my work, and have called work on my old phones, now I have a new phone none of them work

Why has it stopped working on the phone? This used to be such an useful and dependable app but it has stopped working since the last update. It will not work on the Honor 8 or the Moto G4 but it is OK on the tablet. Microsoft, what are you doing to OneDrive? Do you want us to move to other cloud storage options? Please fix ASAP.

Good and Evil in one neat little package I love the technology, I love to hate the services taping into your ISP data stream that you pay for to update files that had one new item added, and all data in that file gets updated each and every time you add a new photo for example. If you don't control your data, companies like Google sure know how...

I had to take a star off. It used to be fantastic. I could open files directly from one drive (word, excel) now I only get a preview. I have to open the word app and look for the file..... Also used to be able to share links with Outlook and now that's the only thing I can't share links with..... Need to share to something else and copy and paste the link..... Annoyed especially since I pay yearly for office 365....

Need help to fix it It crashes any time I opened, I can only suppose after the release of 4.8 version. I used w/o any problems since December... Then a disaster. I hope it's gonna be fixed (using Huawei p9 and p9lite) due to I am a subscriber of office 365 due to tera cloud drive... Please help me!! Any way to downgrade to previous release? Hoping it would work.

Works fine, occasionally acts weird Does exactly what it needs to do when you ask it to. But some background process constantly pops up an error message saying that OneDrive has stopped. It must keep restarting, though, because the message continues to appear randomly. Not sure what to make of that.

Offers a real alternative to Google's integration in Android The interface is beautiful and I like how photos and videos are safely backed up and sort it automatically. The hold and run across photos to select them is super handy and for me, as a long time Google Service s users switching now to something different such as Microsoft. My experience with Microsoft services has been delightful and truly enjoyable. Well done Microsoft.

Authentication and crashing issue I've used OneDrive many times in the past on different devices. I just installed this app on my new phone. Was not able to login by email but was able to by phone number. Error message was 'There is no network connection' . But once I tried logging in by phone number it would authenticate me and then proceed to prompt me for two-factor which also worked. Once I was logged into the app, it would crash immediately. Restarting the app/phone/uninstall/reinstall/clear cache would not resolve it. Huawei Honor 8.

It works! Please add a link to detailed version change log. The Back-button exits the app rather than going back. Updated to 4.8 (Now you can hold and drag to select multiple items in the Photos and tiles view!) from 4.7.1. What Just Happened I have been using One Drive on Android and Windows Phones for a long time but the latest update on Android no longer prompts me to open in Excel when I open a spreadsheet; i.e. the handy little Excel icon is now missing from the preview when you click on the One Drive spreadsheet! You can choose to open in Excel from a drop down menu but this then will only let you save the file as another spreadsheet, rather than just updating the original. Very annoying!!

Can be used for not-sensitive data Does not show file extensions ! Does not ask where to download files. Has no dual panel browser ! The automatic Album system is pain in the ass. Better use X-Plore th mandle the pictures.

Useful. Very easy and simple to use. Not much to say, just OneDrive from your mobile device. Well.. There is one thing thats very annoys me, the app is always automatically creating a Documents folder, which I dont use in OneDrive. and I need to delete it every time. Yea I know, not such a big deal. But still.. :)

Solid app--with caveats. It's very disappointing that you can't use Photo Upload on a OneDrive for Business account, which seems like a greedy marketing decision rather than a technical limitation (I often take pics of whiteboards at work and would love to upload them automatically). I'd also like some more view options, since the large font means file names are always truncated. Still, the app keeps improving with every update, and it is already very useful for mobile productivity.

Error in the app while signing in I use samsung A9 pro. I am unable to login. After clicking the sign in button, only a blue screen appears. No further options appear and I'm unable to use the app. Please fix the error.

Automatic camera uploads tend to lock up until I open the app and view the upload status. Also it'd be great to have an option to only see my camera roll folder under the 'Photos' section. Having every image from my documents there is just a mess.

it constantly nags you about Photo Upload locations. You need to have an option to turn that off. I only want my Camera Roll and that's it. It also creates folders I don't want. (email attachments and documents) let me control what folders are there I don't need you to.

Works so slow and laggy I have no idea why but Onedrive is working way too slow..Compared to Dropbox or Google Drive.. This app takes ages to load folders and/or files, even when there is just a few files inside it's still too slow. Even switching in between settings is damn laggy. I'll give it 5stars if this gets fixed.... :X

Handy but annoying I like that I don't have to worry about saving my photos as it does it automatically. What annoys me is that even after deleting hundreds of photos because it says it's full, it still says it's full! Trying to get me to pay for the storage I assume :/

i used to love this app.. now i can't open any of my files since the last update really pissed off... i thought it might have to do with word or excel so i updated them but nothing changed.. i need to go on word or excel now to work on my documents.. fix problem ASAP !!!!!!!!

Kinda stopped doing what I need it too Won't refresh on my phone to see anything that has been recently added I.e. upload videos from my Xbox one. Up until this I've had no problems.

BEYOND ANNOYING I want to disable tags as they are always wrong. I want to disable this auto album creation crap. Yet it can't be done. This is beyond annoying. I'm paying for this service and still can't have control over what it does. GET RID OF AUTO TAGS AND AUTO ALBUMS.

Really useful for syncing files across multiple devices. I travel with work a fair bit and it's great to have access to the same docs on my tablet, lap top and home machine. Not perfect though, just lacks a couple of features that would make it even better.

Crashed after updating The app worked perfectly for me, but after an update , it crashed completely and stayed in white screen/ loading page after logging in. Come on Microsoft you can do a better job ! Using HTC ONE ME DUAL SIM

Expect 100% Folders uploaded to web fail to show up in the app - even after refreshing, etc. I expect MS products to work seamlessly & 100% of the time. I'm learning to lower my expectations...

Excellent-Chromecast Too! OneDrive does it all, fast and simple storage of all our videos, pictures, music, and documents. The wife and I are both senior citizens and we have gone completely paperless thanks to OneDrive. We use to have two large filing cabinets containing everything from our medical records to our birth certificates. It is nice knowing that no matter where we are on planet Earth, we still have access to all of our personal records using any computer or smartphone. I still backup everything on a stand-alone HD.

On Samsung g6 and tablet, onedrive crashes all of the time. Files do not upload without tremendous effort and attention. No option to upload and delete from device.

Useful Good OneDrive app. Only 2 problems: the items don't stay sorted a-z (resets to oldest) and the app doesn't remember the last download location. Other than that, the app is great.

Something wrong I can't edit word documents anymore when opening from onedrive. It asks to save a copy then editing works. But it asks this everytime. This used to work very smooth. Latest update messed something up. I think.

Its ok but I hate some features Its ok, I like it but let me turn off the auto album generator please! I hate it a lot! Its so annoying. Please improve the app too, I thought the auto upload feature would auto create the folder I selected and organize my photos by those folders (example: by camera folder photos, twitter folder, whatsapp folder, etc) But no! This app just upload all those photos in a single place (folder) and its so disorganized!!

One drive is the gawd cloud storage product (not that I have a lot of experience). 1 tb of space is super dope. I will say this though: groove music is Fing garbage. like freal. groove doesn't give a flying eff about your tags or other organization. it must be mentioned on here because I specifically got one drive so I could access my music pretty much anywhere anytime and groove is the companion for music
