HTTPS certificate generation is delayed

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring - Certificate generation service is returning to normal. We will continue to monitor closely to ensure that delayed certificates are properly generated.

Identified - Users are seeing errors regarding their generation of SSL/TLS certificates for new domains. This is due to a problem external to Squarespace. When the problem is resolved, certificate generation will automatically resume. Our Certificate Authority partner is working to resolve the issue in their system.
