Over the last month or so I had several problems and I asked questions in the help section... and that was/ is it. I have not heard anything and I can't find where I put them. Is there somewhere a list of the questions I asked? Somewhere in my profile? Or somewhere. It would be nice to get some response. Sometimes I got replies within a few hours...

some of my pages are quite long, containing tables of songs. If someone is after a particular song and types the name, or part of it into the current search widget, it leads the person the page. Then one still must scroll through 100 odd songs to find the one in question.

I think that a widget or something, that can help visitors to find what they want like in the search or find gadget in a word processor, would be a great idea. In a word processor the searched item is highlighted and the page is displayed... you have all used it, no need of further explanation.

The "find next" button would be nice to be included.

The one thing that really needs an update, or a plugin for is media management. Something like Enhanced Media Library or even just Media Library Plus - even if it was only on the Personal or Premium plans.

If I buy a personal plan, and after 6 months, I wan to upgrade to Premium plan, how much money should I pay more? Will the money paid for Personal plan rolling up to Premium plan? Is there any difference in domain pointing feature between Personal Plan and Premium Plan?

I was told that as of an hour ago that my bluehost was going to update my site and that nothing was required on my part and now I'm looking at it and all my plugins and everything else that I have set up is not able to accessed it says that an error has occurred in retrieving them as well as my blog posts, pages everything. I'm not sure if it can be recovered or if I have to start over but please get in touch as soon as possible I just got started with this and am learning as a go so please help me to restore the little progress that I've already made.

Hi there. I created 2 sites and then deleted them both. Now both those domain names are locked and unavailable. I want to release those URLs for others to use as I think it's very wasteful. I myself might want to go back and use them in the future. Is there anyway to make them available again?

I've been getting emails from WordPress at my personal inbox, so not the one associated with my WordPress account. They are very weird. The subject line is 'Thank you for contacting us!'. The body of the email says 'Thank you so much for contacting us. We will get back to you shortly.' and they have an attachment titled 'ninja-forms-submission.csv' I've never sent an email because I don't know how, apparently I have to ask in the forums?? I'm definitely not opening the files. Why am I getting this at an email address I've never mentioned on WordPress?
