    It’s official! Just moments ago, the DC Council passed ’s Act 13-0. Big moment for DC. This puts the power back with DC residents and opens the door for more candidates to run viable campaigns. Congrats to everyone who worked for years on this issue!

    As one of his constituents in Ward 6, I thank for his diligence and persistence in shepherding through the council, and I hope that he (and the rest of the council) will show the same tenacity in ensuring full funding for the program.
