Invite guest user without a mailbox

Need an option to invite a user in another Azure AD tenant which has no mailbox.

When inviting a user, invitations are always sent to the invited user's UPN.

When user's UPN is different from email address, or it's just a user@tenant.onmicrosoft.com without exchange license, no one can receive the invitation.

There should be an option to accept the invitation without using of email (let's say on the oprtal), or to specify an alternative email which can be used to receive the invitation letter.

Bahhtext function in English

Since years Excel users are searching for a function to easily convert a number to text e.g. 112 to "one hundred twelve"

At one time, I recollect, there was a function that could do that.

Currently the Bahttext function does that but the conversion happens in Baht language not in plain English.

It is high time Microsoft provides this functionality in English and possibly in many more languages.

Delay of Email Delivery During Non Office Hours

Is their a way Microsoft can develop /enable this in Exchange to have a capability to delay / set time on Email Delivery During Non Office Hours. With this feature, all emails outside working hours (e.g. 8:00AM-5:00PM) will not be sent to a recipient.

Email Notifications are failing SPF

Email Notifications from Microsoft Tech Community are failing SPF. The reason being the SPF record for mstechcommunity.onmicrosoft.com has two lines which violates RFC (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4408#section-3.1.2). When checking the SPF record for mstechcommunity.onmicrosoft.com the following is returned:

mstechcommunity.onmicrosoft.com. 3599 IN TXT "v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all"

mstechcommunity.onmicrosoft.com. 3599 IN TXT "mstechcommunity.onmicrosoft.com. 3600 IN TXT v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com ip4:208.74.204.0/22 ip4:46.19.168.0/23 -all"

Since the notifications are coming from smtp.lithium.com[208.74.204.5] the SPF check will fail since only the 1st line is evaluated (The order in which the lines are resolved may vary depending on which dns servers are queried). To correct this mstechcommunity needs to remove the first line listed and only publish the second line.

Bitlocker MFA unlock

This days MFA is getting more and more popular so I was wondering why not add new feature to Windows family so when server boots Bitlocker could be unlocked not by network but by MFA

PowerShell Cloud OS

What if Microsoft could implement Open Source solution that can give us creators new tools that we could expand the way we want it. My suggestion here to Microsoft is:

Please build "PowerShell Cloud OS" -- Open Source system that will have only PoweShell capability, will be smaller than Nano server and it can be implemented to any IoT device. Wouldn't that be great IoT platform to start with. What do you think guys?

Clear Notifications

Right now notifications are persistant, and you can't dismiss them, even after viewing them. Can you add a 'dismiss' notification option, or at the very least clear them once they're clicked on? Thanks!

Add Community/Space Admin Info

Improve Posts Page

When I look at my list of posts in my Profile, it shows all of my posts in chronological order. The only way to find of my old posts is scroll and navigate page by page. It would be very helpful if their was an option to see these in a groups by community and space. By doing this, we could more easily find something that we remember posting to a specific area, but don't remember exactly when it was.

Fix Editor Code Block to Exclude Emoticons

I noticed when some people use code blocks smileys appear in their code when the symbols match up to any recognized smiley face. Is there a way to make the "code" sections of our editor exclude any emoticons?

It would be awesome if the filters found on the "My Feed" page included within the communities pages as well. Then we can filter on New / Popular / Expert / Unanswered posts within our communities as well.

InfoPath Community?

Profile Complete Idea

It would be awesome if the blue text that says +25% would link over the the part of my profile settings so I can fill it out and complete it. Perhaps I'm a little lazy but I had to dig around in my profile settings to try to find where each section is found. :smileyfrustrated:

When an idea is approved or rolled out is the option to "Upvote" that idea needed any longer? The reason i say this is because I'm a little confused as to what the community wants to use the Upvote button for. I think it is a great way to vote or agree with an idea that should be implemented. Once the idea has been accepted or completed I don't see the point in voting it up any longer. Perhaps the Upvote is getting me confused with how we usually "like" ideas we see regardless of the status. With that said i think Upvote and Like don't have the same meaning.

Here is what I think they mean:

Upvote = Good idea they should approve and roll this out.

Like = I simply like the idea.
