As a Californian, who has lived through this fire and had dozens of friends lose their homes, and had my home threatened - I’ll thank you not to impune the character of bunny hero dude. We, in fact, DO that kind of thing out here. A small act of hope,in the face of devastation.

I believe there are good/courageous people. I think the circumstances of pulling over when a bunny can run faster than a human seemed as though he wasn’t in a clear state, but he’s a good person. I’m talking about the nature of the news and how everyone is being “outed”

I understood that. And I’m saying it’s too soon and this fire is too devastating to make light of it. Also, if you knew the road where he pulled over, given the fire, you’d know it was highly likely bunny would’ve died if not picked up. Hit by car or killed in fire.

Well I’m glad they both survived and I know people in affected areas who have made light of it because that’s how some people cope and not everyone processes things the same. It’s the internet. Not everyone is going to have the same response
