The UK is the only country in Europe where people can be detained indefinitely on the say so of an immigration officer. If other countries can do without such a draconian system of arbitrary detention, why can’t we, @carolinenokes? #SetHerFree

It took 19 months of asking before they let me in. Yes, was given a tour and also the opportunity to speak with around 100 women (obviously not enough time to talk in depth, but overall impression was of such despair). Would love to talk to you about it
