A Creative Commons license allows you to specify to your readers what they can and cannot do with your blog’s content. Should you choose this type of license for the content of your blog, you may visit the Choose a License page at the organization’s official website.

First, select your desired license features, verify the selected license, choose a Normal or Compact icon, and then copy the code found in the text box (illustrated in the image below).

You may then paste this code into a text widget on your blog sidebar.
