I have now fixed my payment method, but my site is no longer available and it is not clear to me what I must do next. I get a message that my domain has expired, but when I try to re-register, I'm told the domain is already registered. What is my next step? Please note that I have moved my site to a 3rd party host and no longer host on WordPress.com. I can be reached at [email redacted], or 267-644-5586.

I guess you're talking about the Featured Content area of the Homepage Template. First, this can only appear on a page assigne to the Homepage template. Second, the Featured Content part of the Homepage Template section Gateway theme guide says:

Gateway allows you to feature up to three Posts or Pages, by tagging them, and then entering that tag in the Featured Content area of the Customizer. Any Featured Images assigned to these Posts or Pages will get displayed in the Featured Content area.

If no tag is specified, the Homepage template will display your last three posts, excluding Sticky posts.

My theme is mobile responsive so when I made my logo a specific size it applied to both mobile and desktop making it huge! I am trying to help my client Phoenix Children's Services locate there login details so they can delete there site. The person who setup the site has has lost all record of the login details so we can't delete it!

The blog: phoenixchildrensservices.wordpress.com was created about five years ago but the owner can't seem to access it even though it's still pointing to her email address.

The person who set it up username is: karinatumon (we contacted her and she posted on the forum but got no answer) she doesn't seem have the above site listed under her username even though she is still the admin.

She tried using the recovery account form but it didn't work. It just asked me to reset my password which I did but of course it didn't work because my username cannot access the dashboard.

All we want to do is delete the site/blog. Could you please do this at your end? You can contact Phoenix Children's Services to confirm this on +61 3 62 471222
