I absolutely love this game! But I highly dislike that when you switch devices and download the game you have to start everything all over except your high score. That really sucks especially when you're an avid player like myself and you earn event characters, boards, lots of keys and coins can't get them back after switching. If this could be changed it would definitely be five stars. Other than that this game is the best of its kind with amazing graphics and plenty incentives for game play.

What happen to my game? I like playing this game and I did a great job collecting all the characters, boards, finish my mission until x30, get more than 4 thousands high score. But when I wanted to play the game yesterday, I saw all that I have achieved gone in an instant. All is left are my high score written on the train (main menu) and my high score of the week (the ones I got before the resetting of my game). All of my progress have gone into the wind. For goddess sake, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME?!!!

best! well after animal jam thats is totaly the BEST game well you get chased by santa clause? totaly awsome! this is sutible for children and has a great festive side! if u want a great new fun game that includes running jumping jet packing and tite rope walking install this one if u have problems write about them and ill get back to you TAYLA BROWN!

Best game ever I never thought a game as addicting and fun as this one is existed! Even though you guys have an update almost every week me and my kid still love playing this game. I hope your company will come up with some fun, awesome and cool updates and characters in the future. Keep up the good work

Awesome I love playing this game it's fun and it's easy my kid's love it. I also like how you can beat your friend's scores only thing is i don't play it that much so i don't never have enough points to buy other cool stuff bcuz they cost too much or they want you to collect certain things and there is a lot you have to catch as you play so it's a lil challenging. But other than that good game for free can't beat it peace! & game on.

PROFILE DELETED? I have had this for awhile and I log in daily. Today I logged in and my profile was deleted and all my hard earned boards and characters were GONE! Pissed off now....refuse to play again if I do not get it all back with my hard earned stats...

Skipping missions Great game! One kool thing I'd like to see added is being able to skip missions while in active play. It's annoying to have to end a game cos you got a mission of USE 10 HEADSTARTS, how possible is that! except you have to skip it in the shop or do four runs, which is annoying!

Lost all progress We need a way to save and continue on a different device. Realistically, no device can last forever. I have lost millions, and I did a search and found out that I am not the only one. People have shared my pain!

Upgrade? first things first, I love this game but it's been the same for a long time now.. I know the saying " if it aint broke don't change it." but could you possibly upgrade the game to make it EVEN BETTER? but im not saying to change the concept of the game.. just add a little something.. ill share my ideas.. you could add abilities on characters, for example Prince, while using Prince you could "permanently double coin acquisition." And other stuff like that. i have MANY more suggestions. but thats all for now

I really love this game...I have started over three times losing everything....boards, characters etc.....if you can program the game to keep highscores and positions, I really wish you fix the game so no matter what device I'm playing on I get everything I have collected and bought. PLEASE I. have lost everything so many times.

Pop up ads Game is very addictive and fun to play,but lately all I been getting is pop up ads while playing the game,i know you need the ads for free games but let them pop up when iam done with game not while iam playing it, FIX THE PROBLEM OF POP UP ADS.

Like it... But lose it It's a good game, fun and I like it... But after losing all hard earned progress twice now when changing or resetting my phone, I'm done... Any game in this day and age that cannot save progress to restore should not be in these top of the charts.

Mystery I had downloaded this game once before and due to problems with my cell phone I uninstalled it. I reinstalled it three days ago and have not saw one mystery box. It wouldn't be a problem except I have a mission where I need to pick up two of them and buying them doesn't count sooooooooooo.........

Ultimate game for Train lovers!! Addictive and a real stress buster.Should have gone for 5 stars, but as you change your phone all your high scores and collections are gone!! Now none in this world can guarantee taking their same mobile set to the grave, so you have to start once again right from level one!! That should be fixed at the earliest if you guys are serious enough to get all the 5 stars.

Very addictive I'm crazy about this game, has been my thing for a while now though sometimes the programming has some flaws like when u are on a train your character and the train appears to be high so it's difficult to know what u are doing though I'm use to it now and sometimes the daily letters go invisible and u have to pick them accidentally but overall this is my game anywhere Any time Any place

AWSOME SAUCE This game has a lot of action and you can win a lot of prizes and you can earn a lot of coins and unlock a lot of cool characters and you can even get high scores and be on the leader board but the one thing I hate and dislike is how easy and fast you can loose and how hard it is to get a higher score. I also dislike how I sometimes suck and loose but normally I get high and averaged scores and win prizes and I'm on the leader board. That's what I think about the game subway surfers.

Brings a lot of joy to our home for a game. Subway surfers has been one of the things that EVERYONE in our home has in common. We love the friendly competition and the game face dad gets when our 4 year old tells him over dinner that she beat his high score that day. So much fun

Rich game...get things like : ... 1. Unlock all available characters & boards and still have a balance of more than 100 million of coins. 2. Complete 10000 missions. 3. Have 10000 score-boosters & 15000 head-starts. 4. Collect 100 000hower boards. 5. Use 1000+ keys and have a balance of 4500+ keys.

This game is really cute and so much fun! However not being able to retain your unlocked characters ( which I learned the hard way ) if you have to reinstall the game or replace your phone is a major flaw that should be fixed.

Backup backup backup We need to be able to port data from one device to another to carry on our game when we update. Weird thing to leave out on such a classic game...please fix. Maybe some kind of cloud log in account to backup the data?

Wonderfull game great graphics time consuming fun addicting easy to play for adults and children plenty of stuff to do and buy with your coins its got a little bit of a challenge like completed the goals and daily challenge. And then, one fine morning, my phone denied to behave usually and an unplanned reboot flushed all the data! Now I am in mission 7!!!😢 😢 😢 😢 Almost dragged myself from the addiction to the aloofness towards the game.

Please Sync Good game to pass time. Would give it a 5⭐ if we're able to sync to another devices without having to start all over when switching to a new device. Been playing for years and had to start all over, when I got a new device. It's very addictive. But frustrating having to unlock catchers again that you've got before. Especially coins or boards. Even if it's connected to facebook, can't sync the game with another device

The blue fog makes it impossible to play. I can't see a damn thing and I've wasted so many hoverboards trying to continue playing with this fog. Please, fix it soon and I'll rate it 5 stars again.

When the new update came, I updated the game. Suddenly the game was corrupted by any bug or so. I tried everything, but at last , I uninstalled the game. The game was connected to Facebook. Yet all my progress was fully lost, and I was back to zero, the very starting first mission. Can anyone help me get my progress back?? Any suggestions???

Time consuming. Need improvement Nice game but it's very time consuming compare to earning coins. I lost more than 125000 coins after deleting cache files and not able to get them back. It should come back. Boost features should be more.

Wish i could save progress Love the game but the only bad thing is if you get a new device your progress starts over you lose all characters, hoverboards, powerups, and levels. Please fix otherwise fun game

Awesome Sauce!!!! I love everything about Subway Surfer. I play it everyday while I'm on the train riding home. My only dislike is not being able to transfer my characters, boards and stats when I purchase a new phone. Otherwise, excellent!!
