I received a card (3 years ago)that allows you to skip the line and one "bouncer" told me no so I went with another one and he let me in but the first bouncer felt disrespected and so I got kicked out. I will never spend money there again. You'd think if I had been going there for years they would treat you better. They just hire a bunch of thugs who think they're tough and they're actually the disrespectful ones.

Server was really sweet. She put in our order for food, but we didn't receive it from the food runners. After an hour of waiting, we let our server know that we didn't receive our food. She grabber her manager and he was very rude. He came out aggressive and accusatory as if we ate the food and then lied about not receiving our food. We kept telling him we didn't receive it and he kept saying, "Well the order was put it, it was fired up, and delivered." It was my first time here and I don't see myself coming back.

This place has an amazing ambience! Great service with great food and drinks. We didn't wait long for our meal or drinks. Within the very short time we waited for our food to be prepared at least 5 people checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. The manager Keith was amazing and our server Bodie was very attentive!

We will definitely visit again when we return to DTC!

Currently in Denver on Business. We were walking down the street looking for a good spot to watch the USA Argentina match and this place fit the bill. Great crowd, large TVs everywhere. We grabbed a couple of 32 oz pints and some nachos. Great atmosphere and the staff were super friendly. Manager even stopped by our table to ask how everything was. A rarity today. Would highly recommend to anyone 21- 30 something looking for an upscale place to grab a pint and some food. 100 degrees today and mist bar was awesome.

Aaron great job buddy with keeping the view house a awesome place to eat have drinks and spend time with family. I have been in the food industry for a long time and noticed how you interact with the customers and help your staff out with whatever needs they may have. The food was amazing and our server was great. Thanks again guys! Great job!!!

Some of the worst service I have ever had. Just left the Centennial location and can't remember a worse dining experience. Waiter doesn't bring us plates for our apps, no condiments, brings me a reuben when I asked for a Ribeye, then instead of apologizing he defends himself and says 'didn't you hear Reuben when I said it back to you?'. Wow! My colleagues didn't hear Reuben said once and were amazed this waiter was actually blaming me for the mix up. Add insult to injury he then brings me what I ordered (tuna) and asks if 'that came out better?'. He then proceeds to charge me for both the Reuben and the Tuna sandwich. Disaster. Will not return.

Just had lunch and I have to say after eating in many restaurants around Colorado your establishment was the worst. I don't have high expectations for the ambiance but the food is what sells a place for me. Bad service from the beginning that was slow. The server took 10 min to get to us and another 10 to get water. The food was bland, over cooked and not to our liking as ordered. For the amount you charge we expected to have great local food, but it was your typical bar food you would find at any bar around town. I wish we left this place with some sort of satisfaction. You may have to rethink your management and organize your staff with better customer skills and efficiency.

Again I went last night about 9ish it was going well lovely server got some drinks next thing that happened I guess she got in trouble for a different table and got fired on the spot. But after that took us 20 mins to get us a server probably longer too. That is complete horseshit. It was my first time being at the restaurant. So I was quite displeased

Food was good. Server was nice & attentive. So loud we had to yell at each other. 6 people in the party, 1 never received a meal, 1 meal came out after others were finished, 2 burgers came out at the same time, other meals were staggered by 5 or more minutes. Will never go back.
