    Collective punishment is unlawful, immoral & ineffective. Gaza is dependent on fuel, including to run hospitals, water and sanitation infrastructure, factories and homes. Exploiting that dependence is cruelty in its ugliest form.

    Anybody think New Zealand courts are going to cooperate with this judgement? Can't see how, if there's no equivalent tort claim in NZ law (and there isn't). Can a court adjudicate acts committed halfway around the world?
