    Hey all,

I'm trying to see if anyone is able to get content type hub syndication working with the new O365 Group sites. I have it working for our normal sites, but none of the custom content types are coming into the group sites. Any ideas on this?
When I look under 'Content Type Publishing' in the site settings of the group site, I can confirm that it is subscribed, it just doesn't seem to be doing anything. Thanks!

Even though they are using the group site template (GROUP#0) as they are now moving to a full "team site" experience, content type syndication should also occur for these sites.  If they are not yet I would say this is something that should be added to user voice.

I think I am seeing a new behavior in Yammer, something that I am not necessarily happy with.

When I reply to someone else's post or private message, my reply shows up as a new message in my In Box. A message I send becomes a notification that I now have to deal wtih.

Is anyone else seeing this? Seems like a completely unnecessary complication. Thoughts?

Has anyone opened a bug ticket for this? Because that might be useful to get some official answers and also send a message that this iteration really is bug, not feature.

Late last year, Microsoft announced the public preview of Azure AD Domain Services. Since then, we’ve been working closely with customers to make sure they can get up and running and to learn from their feedback and suggestions. Then in May, Microsoft announced several exciting new features and improvements to the service including secure LDAP support, support for configuring DNS and custom OUs.

Since May we have continued to evolve the service and refine it based on your feedback.

So today, the team is thrilled to announce that Azure AD Domain Services is now Generally Available (GA)!

The Preview program was incredibly successful, with over 5700 Azure AD tenants testing the service and sharing their feedback. We’d like to thank all these customers for their time and for helping us evolve the service. Some of the features Microsoft has added this year based on your feedback include:

    • Secure LDAP access to your managed domain, including over the internet (even from Amazon Web Services!)
    • Enable ‘AAD DC Administrators’ to configure DNS on their managed domain.
    • Enable ‘AAD DC Administrators’ to create custom organizational units (OUs).

Awesome stuff - running a POC in Azure right now to enable a legacy service. This is indeed pretty exciting stuff !!

    Hello,

We have a hybrid O365 environment (On-Premise AD, SharePoint 2013 On-Prem, O365). Our requirement is to have a common profile picture of the user in On-Prem (SharePoint, AD) and O365 (SPO, Yammer, Delve, Exchange Online and SFB). In this situation i would like to ask the following

    1. What is the recommendation when it comes to storing the profile picture in such a hybrid environment setup - On-Premise AD or Azure AD ?

    2. Does O365 rely on a single source i.e. Azure AD for profile picture across SPO, Yammer, Delve, Exchange Online and SFB ?

    3. Is it possible to have a bi-directional synchronization i.e. updating Azure AD when user updates it in on-Premise AD and also vice versa (if the person updates profile picture in O365) ?

    4. What are the known pros and cons including limitations (both in on-premise and O365) in acheiving such an objective ?

Also it would be helpful if i can get some pointers or even articles/blogs explaining the entire process of picture synchronization.

    Thanks -

    Girish

I am positive this most likely has been requested before, but would like to request it just in case this has not be asked yet.

When using the Forms tool (Which I have feel in-love with), Would it be possible to create a section that would allow me to create a text blob somewhere in the form.

For example, lets saying I am setting up a Quiz. I have got a section for True/False questions, a section for Mulitple Choice and a Section of Open Ended questions. I would like to add text before each section to explain to my users what they need to do to accomplish this protion of the quiz.

Right now, it is impossible to enter just plain text or a heading into the form without expect the user to interact with it in some manner.
