The apartment location is the best. It is ample, bright, and adequate for at least five adults, better for four, however it can accommodate up to five. More than five it could get a bit too cramped. Kitchen is complete with everything one might need for daily breakfast and coffee. We had a great time while in it. Customer service was excellent. I called their office upon our arrival to Las Ramblas apartment and someone was there immediately. Great service. They provided us with detailed information on what to do and how to save money on transportation and other things, such as attractions and must do's.
There are two issues we found inconvenient, if that, one; the air conditioning is not enough for the apartment. It is a small unit located in the living room and does not cover the master room. No A/C in the master bedroom at all. The agent for the apartment told me no complaints had been made by other customers so far, but it gets very HOT in the master bedroom, to the point that it gets uncomfortable, however the agent renting us the apartment, was gentle enough to bring us a fan. It gets HOT in that master room. I know it is only a summer thing, but, Oh my...it was hot. We live in south Florida and we know what HOT is, believe me.
Second issue, the shower. The curtain in the shower is too small for the size of the bathtub and water leaks outside, not a biggie, but the main issue is that although the water pressure might be adequate, the shower head is either clogged or it is set in a way that no enough water comes out of it.
