Hands down the best hotel staff I've experienced! I rocked up as a solo traveller on my birthday two nights ago and got absolutely drenched running down the drive to entry. I didn't have a reservation (my first time in Bali and at this establishment) but they welcomed me, made space and brought me a large towel with my beer to dry off plus shared a laugh and chat. Meal was delicious (!!) and after I was done several staff came out and sung me happy birthday with a candle in chocolate mousse and personalised message written in chocolate on plate. It was totally unexpected, but absolutely made my night after an average start to the evening. First class service thank you!!!!!

Fabulous place for people of any age to hang out & relax. I was overwhelmed by the big crowd that keep going & when first got there we were 30 to 60 ppl were on waiting list to one area with 4 seats but little did I know our friends in a group of 30+ had booked another area & we got a lazy bench bed to lie down & sipped our drinks, watched the sunset & listen to nice music & watching the enthusiasts swimming or just having dips in the pool, such a happening place & will come back again for sure. The crowd seemed to grow bigger by the minute. Impressed with the security before entering the venue & even more impressed that they have assistants to help u get a cab within a min to leave for our next destination, very organized place with fantastic service & friendly staff. Thumbs up Potato Head!!

Was excited to visit Potato Head as know many people had been. On arrival we were told there were 30 groups waiting for a bed (we arrived an hour after opening so found that hard to believe). Thought it was a nice venue, so we headed to the pool and used the baskets to store our stuff, we relaxed in the pool and had a drink at the swim up bar but we're really put off by how dirty the pool was. So much stuff floating around in it including hair and some strange spillages(?). Wouldn't go back in a hurry, Ku De Ta is nicer and there are plenty of other beach clubs that aren't as pretentious as PH.

Firstly, the staff are genuinely friendly... attentive but not intrusive.i love the colourful and curved decor. Great ambiance music and a decent space between the daybeds so you can relax and be in you're own little island.
Worlds apart from Ku De Ta... where the decor is brown and black...and everything is square and oblong.... more fitting for a gentlemans club!

Our experience at Potato Head was amazing. The food was great. We loved it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. While booking we mentioned that we are honeymooners. After dinner they bought us a surprise cake to congratulate us. That was so nice of them. Then we moved to a different section to have some drinks, they offered a bed beside the pool. It was wonderful. Thank you Potato Head

Amazing place! Can't be described unless you visit the place yourself. You can sip on your drink in the pool while watching the amazing waves of the ocean! My best experience in bali. Posh and elegant place with good crowd around. Awesome services. Loved potato head beach club.

These guys sell me 3 tickets to a concert with my son by my side - the day if he concert arrives and they refuse us entry because my son is under 18 - but assure me they will refund. I and my bank enquire about the refund and they don't respond - in essence telling me to get f*cked. So thieving bastards get a zero - careful with your cash around this lot...

Too difficult to deal with, trying to book for my mothers birthday dinner and they made it extremely hard to organise. You have to fill out a form and money gets taken out if you do not cancel 24 hours in advance. Would recommend other places that make life easy.

Overrated. Pool was closed which is fair
Enough but the amount they charge surely they can put something in to help with the rain fall going over the grass and into the pool.
I don't see what's so great about the place overall just an amazing clean toilet with a air con unit lol

Too crowded and full of bogans hogging the day beds from as early as 8am in the morning as told to us by the staff. The place rocks and has a great vibe.. a must visit inspitw of all the hype..!
