Identified -
Since 10:43 UTC generation of new signed-url images have failed for few specific customers. This problem was fixed, and cache clearing is in process. Invalidations requests of the same customers are temporarily not performed.

Resolved -
We have found the root cause and applied a fix, the issue is now resolved. After further investigation we learned that the issue started yesterday July 10 around 11am UTC with very low rates that increased today up to 0.8% of the API calls (image delivery was not impacted).

Since 12:05pm UTC we are noticing rare intermittent errors in some of the APIs for some customers. We are investigating and will update further.
