I had all the apps I wanted and needed on the old Yahoo Toolbar...
I had all the apps I wanted and needed, Mail, Facebook, Amazon, Bookmarks, set to go with one click, and you had to go and change it, now only Mail remains, and there seems to be no going back... none of the other apps seem to exist any more, at least not that I can find. Settings are certainly not easily found to reset anything to the way I had it, and when I do find the apps, the ones available are NOT the ones I had, or want... bad form, Yahoo, bad form...

It should be more simple on how to contact yahoo customer care than it is. As of now it is so impossible to contact them.
It is so impossible to contact customer care to try and solve email issue.
The issue I'm having problem with is that I can not sign in to my email or reset password. Yahoo should make it more simple on how to contact their customer care to get the issues resolved than the way it is now because it is so frustrating to find an answer to solve the issue.39th ranked -
I am very disappointed in the upgrade you have forced upon users of Yahoo Instant Messenger
I've been a user of yahoo instant messenger since 1992, I've upgraded any time an update was available. I had yahoo instant messenger 11.5 (I think it was), and received an instant message from yahoo saying that as of 8/31/2016 it would no longer function. Therefore, I upgraded to the "New Messenger", it was not an update but a downgrade in performance. I continue to receive messages that I must upgrade.
To say the least, this version is pathetic. It appears that there was no beta testing to find out if this was a beneficial thing or exactly what.

Password
Any link called "Change Password" should allow you to change your password, not give you instructions on how to click on another link to change your password. The best part is that when I followed the instructions there was no option to change my password. It's not rocket science guys.

Get a feature for web cam usage
