Please help, not functioning. After update it does not function any more. It show error msg "unfortunately, Strava has stopped."

Gps not syncing I used to love strava and have had it for 4 years. I recently downloaded the app on to a new phone (s7 edge) I start a ride and after a few seconds it will auto pause and just not restart. I then turned of auto pause and finished the ride and uploaded the results and none of the segments were there. Also the route was completely in accurate. I can only assume the app doesn't work with this version of Android. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, Strata has stopped Used this app many years with Samsung GT-I9300 without complaints. Switched to Elephone P9000 with Android 6.0 and app won"t start anymore... Please fix or support! Regards, a Strava fan....

Motivation on the go! I love the idea that I can see other runners times during the same segments that I run. I was motivated knowing that I was slow by comparison to other runners. I kept going because I knew that if I kept training I would get faster. Awesome app!

Disappointed All features highlighted are in premium Only! There is not even a day or two trial to acknowledge the capability of app as per requirements. Will Uninstall it soon as it doesn't shows calories burnt which is a basic feature provided by apps. ONLY DISTANCE COVERED, DISAPPOINTED - DISAPPOINTED - DISAPPOINTED.

Love sharing my rides and creating a story to go with them! Picture sharing is particularly great! Its like a diary of all the places I've been... More material design elements and a dark mode would be good though.

The best run and bike tracker This app does segments well and promotes competition between people you follow and people you don't. I rate this the best in class for competitive people. 59.99/year is quite steep for premium, runkeeper is $39/year and mapmyrun is $29/year. I hope strava would price their premium experience a little closer to their competition.

Got much more healthy After using it for three years I feel that this app changed my life. Good 7 k miles on a bike divided in to segments got me to be healthier and fit. My resting hr gone down from 70 to 56 BPM. And all of this thanks to Strava. Definitely a 5 star app!

If you go for a ride without Strava, does it even really count? This app has changed my fitness life. With goal tracking, route planning, and competing with friends, it has helped me exercise more than I ever have in my life. I only use the free version, but even that is packed with usefulness. My only want is a premium option that costs less. Currently, premium is $60/yr. I would love to be able to pay $10-30/yr for SOME of the premium features, because they look so much more amazing and helpful, but $60/yr is a bit too much for me. Thing is, I would love to pay $10/yr even for the free version. All around great app, and worth using!

Ok but.... The button to initiate a ride is not intuitively accessible. I had to go through several menus to start mine. Also this app eats up too much energy on the battery. Please improve this.

Distance not recording I used to love this app but it is not working at the moment and no amount of troubleshooting or re-installing has corrected this (all permissions double and triple checked as correct!). When you start recording a run it shows it is recording and locates your start point from GPS but then only counts up time without recording distance or movement. Totally useless in its current form.

I hope i get a answer.plz help. I loved the app but now for some reason in the middle of my rides it stops tracking and gives me a bogus strava read.. is there anything i can do to fix this or maybe its on your side not sure .. if fixed i would give a millon stars lol.. just anoying when i get home and strava is not right.

GPS not synching. great app when working but my s6 did an update now the app doesnt work. im a premium memeber but if this isnt sorted soon will have to cancel and ask for my yearly subscription refunded. been like this for 2 months. keep reinstalling and still doesnt work. please sort this out.

Privacy issues One star because after scouring the t & c's I was unable to find any clear statements on privacy - a big issue for me. It looks like you have to give all your information and create an account before you can get to the privacy bit.....a bit too late for me. Its not the privacy of my rides but my data. No account created and uninstalling.

After 10 minutes stop recording! Sucks! Since 1 month and the last 2 updates just stop recording even I don't stop cycling. ..time for a downgrade to a working older version? At the moment the app is not useful at all! ..do something please!

GPS issues Hey guys. I'm having the same GPS issues others are reporting here in the last two weeks... auto-pause after 10seconds without resuming. If i switch AP off it doesn't record accurately. I've done all the testing recommended in the troubleshooting guide - my GPS appears to be running fine on the phone and in other apps. Help?

Fantastic App I regularly mountain bike with a group of guys and we all use strava to record our routes and times. It has helped us increase our abilities and speed on our bikes as we are always pushing each other to get the fastest time on trails. After trying a few other similar apps nothing comes close to strava.

Great, but small tweaks needed E.g. the figures are too small for the previous miles/km. Switching between units should be a one button switch. Display should be customisable, with more stats available. App should stop screen from locking when auto standby active

Random photo order It seems no matter which sequence I add photos to a ride, Strava puts them in no predictable order. Also, you never know if you will see one of your pictures on the post when you add it to Facebook or will just see the Strava logo.

Doest work as well on my new phone. S7 edge. Give me a low avg speed compared to my cycling computer. Use to love it. And some time it doesn't register miles on to my distance challenges. Very disappointed

WTF! Was working fine, the OS update and now doesnt work????! Poor..have reinstalled, restarted, optimised all settings and funtions....nothing except my ave speed is 1200mph and v straight !!! Grrrrrrrr
