Winter

The days are shortening and winter is upon us. No doubt we will see frost, snow and gales along the way but whatever the weather throws at us, our wildlife will be doing their best to survive the harsh conditions. If you could help our garden birds by providing seeds and nuts to fatten them up against the cold that would be great. If you are out and about keeping fit, and enjoying our winter landscapes, lookout for Scotland's iconic wildlife too as winter is often the best time to get those close encounters.
