it was removed
and
kept in a nursery
during the reconstruction
replanted in almost the same spot

after i did errands this past friday
i spotted this dog walker and his charges
trekking up west 80th
yeah
we still had dead trees on the street friday
trash pick up happened on saturday

last week was hectic
i had a vet follow up for harry
he's doing better
i uber'd it twice
waiting on
the traffic
to
move
before we sped off
i looked out
saw these guys
polishing a sign
the weekend
i am going to lead
with
the view sunday morning
when
i stepped out the front door
to
pick up the newspapers
on saturday
on my way home
from
my hair appointment
the marchers were chanting carrying signs, flags and being very peaceful
the police were making sure marchers and traffic kept moving
it made me feel proud
