15+ Intimate Photos Of Barack & Michelle Obama’s Love That Will Make You Feel Weak In The Knees
359Kviews
In case you didn't know, Michelle Obama is celebrating her 53rd birthday today. She's been a pretty incredible First Lady, and the thought of her leaving the White House in just 2 days is not sitting well at all. Since I couldn't throw her a real party, I decided to honor her by rounding up a few photos of her and the President over the years, and what I found was an absolutely adorable love story.
Stolen kisses, warm embraces, and funny faces are everyday behaviour for this power couple. The pair have been best friends since their first movie date on the Southside of Chicago in 1989, and they're not afraid to let the world know. Not only is their affection for each other amazingly heartwarming, it's also a shining example of a love that has survived 27 years of monumental ups and downs.
Michelle was a champion of support during both of her husband's presidential campaigns, has openly supported marriage equality, and frequently travels to foreign countries to empower children living in poverty. She somehow also finds time to raise 2 beautiful daughters. Did I mention she's actually superwoman?
Cheers to a wonderful outgoing First Lady on her special day, and to the Obama family for their courage and leadership. We'll miss you, Michelle!

We haven't seen love like this displayed at the WH in a lifetime. I am going to miss them so very much
What do you think ?
What a beautiful family. I will miss them.
Merveilleux couple tellement charismatique, intelligent et humain, ils sont beaux et ont la "chance" de s'être trouvés l'un l'autre
These pictures are really beautiful but some of them were too intimate for my taste. I mean, it was clearly a private moment between the two of them where they were clearing their mind or sharing a moment of peace or a moment just for the two of them like the rest of the world didn't exist. You can clearly see that those pictures are quite intense and definitely stolen moments where the couple didn't see at all that they were photographed. These pictures, in my opinion, should have been reunited in a photo book and offered to the Obama couple for their eyes only to see (and their family) as they clearly were important moments for them. They shouldn't have been shown to us.
They've been president and first lady for 8 years, and in politics/public eye for longer. They know when they're being filmed and photographed, and I'm pretty sure that they wouldn't have allowed themselves to have those moments in public if they were uncomfortable with people seeing them. I'm also fairly certain that they will have had a say in the publication of many of those pictures, or a team that they entrust that to.
Right, cause they're not actual human beings who have existed for a few decades before entering the public scene, they're just robots or puppets that actually hate one another. I feel sorry for you if you are unable to feel the love and trust that exudes from every single one of those photos.

Completely staged- no doubt about it- "Look- we are just people!" - Sure...
I repeat, it just concerns SOME of the pictures, not all of them.
