Fantastic music player and so much more! Provides in sync lyrics to almost anything. But, if it can't find the lyrics, you can add them manually and, if the timing is off on the scrolling, you can set that, too. If you don't have all the info for a track, it will search for the metadata & populate the fields (like album or genre). And, most handy, when you don't recognize a song, it will listen to and identify it. Or, if you know the song (or just some of it) but not the name or artist, you can sing or hum it. Highly recommended by a musician!

It's just didn't work I don't what happen but no lyrics showing up on my recent phone. It works perfectly fine with my previous phone. Also somehow my ip got blocked so I have to verify for every time I tried to change songs or other things, this is sucks. What is going on here?

My music companion Awesome app...! With minor setbacks. Could've been more precise if their is an option for language selection because some song lyrics are appearing in languages I don't even know. So spot n rectify them..., then a 5-star rating would be common..! All the best

Used to be great I used to love this app. The new update to premium has made me switch. I have no problem paying a flat fee to upgrade, but I'm not a personal fan of subscription models for apps. It's just a music app, I'm not sure what the subscription brings that's worth a monthly fee. There are so many free/fixed rate apps out there, I don't know why anyone would subscribe.

I got "Mandatory Security Check" and I did nothing Recently, I was about to open up Musixmatch but when I tried to play a song, it comes up with "Mandatory Security Check" and I try to validating it and it still didn't work, and yeah I did nothing recently before that happens and the app thinks I'm a bot or they blacklisting my network but still I did nothing on it. You might only see this, but please proceed my case because this app provides any lyrics when I listen to my music and I contribute many songs by translating it.

Ads ads ads Listen, I know that you guys need ads to earn money but with the recent updates, the ads have become unbearable and placed everywhere. And you guys even want to make people pay for premium just for offline and ad removal unlike the old times. I have been with this app for months but the recent update might be slowly killing it
Its getting worse. When I first got this app I absolutely loved it.. But with the recent updates my thoughts are going downhill about it. One thing I dislike very much is how instead of the album cover for the song there is an ad to get an app. Very dumb. Please change it and put it at the bottom or I will just find a different music app. Thanks.
Good app, has kind of a big flaw. Really enjoying the app itself. Very useful for lyric lookup and singing along. However, I don't know if it's just me, but it very often randomly pops up while I'm on my phone- without music being played. It's very odd. Would love it if this issue could be fixed.
Was great until premium was introduced. Was perfect until updated and made everything premium. Would be fine if you could make a one time purchase, even if it's $5.00, instead of 99¢ a month or a $4.99 a year subscription. The ads are crazy, banner at the bottom of floating lyrics, then popups covering the floating lyrics during and between songs. The banner at the bottom can't be swiped away, or x'ed closed, very distracting. Would be better to have the ads in the lyrics page when the app is opened.
2 Problems This is probably one of the greatest music apps but it's very annoying dealing with those lousy ads that are even sometimes hard to close. My other problem with the app is that when I move it to my SD, it erases widgets on home screen and completey disappears from the widgets menu causing me to uninstall and then reinstall. Still a great app.
Can't find any of my music on device. I used to search music by tapping the search icon and type title of the song. The song on the device would show up in the category "YOUR LIBRARY". But recently that category vanished. Now I had to look over folders to find music. Even worse that they don't seem to read feedback emails which I've send them twice. That's how they treat a PREMIUM account. So don't subscribe!
Too much ads and so much laggy The app takes a lot of time to start, change song, get back to music list. specially for a mp3player. The lyrics are all fan made and yet you are so greedy about ads. I would pay for the premium version at least if the app was faster/less laggy than this
New update sucks I used to love this app but now Im considering of just uninstalling it because of the update. The advertisements that come up on the app are very annoying. Previously, you could only see the ads from the floating lyrics but now there is a permanent LARGE BANNER that pops up whenever I get into the app. I gave you 5 stars before but now I will only give 3 stars
Sort of helpful I used to use this app to help me find artists for songs I wanted to listen to, and also edit the song's info in case it downloaded incorrectly and got the title and album picture mixed up. It lets me edit the song but when I click the check mark in the top right corner (for when I'm finished), it doesn't do anything. It really bothers me cause everytime I download a song it has the same album cover picture on it and the title is messed up.
Not working I used this in my previous sony z1 and it works wonderfully, however on my redmi note 4 it juat wont work, it said that i had internet connection problem when my connection doesnt have any problem. I had also enable all the requirements that this apl needs and it just wont run. Please help me musixmatch team, thank you. Your app was great but it just wont work right now
It's ok What can I say it's great, well except for one thing. Ever since the most recent update as of (7/14/2016) the ads have become invasive just like all the other players out there. I wouldn't be surprised if they soon come out with an ad free version that you have to buy. I'm not against them making money off of this great app but the way the ads are being displayed right now is making me question whether or not to find a new app for my music.
DO NOT UPDATE THE APP!! I love the previous version of this app but to my surprise everything changed. Before, the lyrics will be automatically saved on your phone, no need to use internet to view it and no annoying ads!! But now you have to buy the premium version of it. Its one of my favorite apps now i have to uninstall it. 😞😞
Lyrics don't work out Please help! Today as I open musicmatch, it asked for validate and said my IP was blocked. But after confirmed, all lyrics from all my song lists didn't show up. The new song, the old song. Japanese, American, Indonesian songs. I checked my Internet provider and it's OK. Pleaseee help! I can't live without musixmatch😭
Bad update I removed 3 stars! I once rated this a 5 star app, but I'm paying for the pro version, and I can only get lyrics within the app itself, not with other music players as advertised ...and yes, I checked my settings. I am still waiting for a response to my email from the developers
Great This is the best application I have ever installed. All languages are applicable. It gives you the opportunity to search for the song information so that you can get the lyrics. The best of it all is that it does not consume data. My only problem is that the adds are too many. Great! Great! Great application ever. Keep it up.
Little bit Slow This app is little bit slow.... in the next update do remember to consider speed reliability and squash some bugs as they're in numbers...... Hope your next update arrive soon....Rest everything is just awesome... in deep love with this app.... musixmatch rocks...
Great except for one thing Everything is perfect except there is no way to sort or display how music is shown inside a playlist, such as alphabetically, by artist, by album, by date added, etc. You can drag each song individually but that takes forever, it would be nice if there was a drop down button that listed different sorting options.
empty database! what lyric can you show exactly? I try several songs in my device but it seems every song that was in your database, now is undetected! Disney works, Mandy Moore, Sami Yusuf... no one isn't in your app!
Best ever!!! I have a paid subscription to spotify. I absolutely love love love that my musicmatch works together with my spotify. They are two of my most favorite apps. I wouldn't enjoy my day if I had to do it without either of the two. Thanks so much for an awesome app and keep up the good work!
Option please... Is there a way to have music... not pop up every time i upstart or restart my tablet...an option to let us have the widget but not let it open on its own? Until then i just cant amongst twenty of us, none cant keep on using this app until it is updated/fixed! Please help because we love this app...karaoke, sing alongs and more. Response?
Love it... but... I don't like that you have to pay monthly for offline lyrics. That just ruins the app. You should just charge monthly for no ads, and maybe add a nice new feature to the premium. But don't keep offline lyrics from the free user, that just ruins it.
Moving towards commercialization......not appreciated!!! But not taking back my previous comment What an app!!! Most of the essential features integrated into a single music player......I don't need to look anywhere else for most of my music needs......for example, identifying songs n artist n their hit songs n albums n also a great music player which has no features missing......n constantly improving day by day.....
So many problems The biggest problem is we can't edit song's info. Forget about fetching song info,Even doing it manually it gives error every single time. this error was not encountered when I downloaded it in the beginning of 2016. But now it makes me mad. Really, something must be done. Please, developers ,, do something about it. And this problem occurs in many devices other than mine(for eg, my cousin's and other relatives)
Not can refresh new song added This application really so good! But only if there is a new song that I had the song can not be accessed directly in the app. should always restart my android. not like other music apps straight there new songs added. it is very complicated if it should always restart my android. Great It such a great app. But please fix your music library. Sometimes when I click "edit song info" and then I click "fetch song info" it not same with a song I mean. Please fix it. And btw, I cant found "sing" menu when I'm want to karaoke. Whats wrong with that
It could have been better... Everytime you search in your music library, it would be better if some suggested songs will show up whilst your typing the song title, don't you think? I'll give this 5 stars after this has been implemented 😁😁
Not working I used this app in my previous phone (Xperia z3) and it was working fine with my phone default music player but now I've changed my phone (Xperia X) and now floating lyrics not working with phone default music player. It's saying "try with youtube". Please fix this ASAP
disappointed.. I really like this app bcouse of the auto download lyrics when the track played and its free. U can injoy the song with lyrics even offline- that from old version.. unlike now too much ads and now they want us to pay for lyrics of it... uninstalling it now..
I had rated it 5 Stars the last time ,,,but now it hardly ever shows lyrics in floating lyrics window on its own when I'm using PLAY MUSIC app. I have to open MUSIXMATCH and tap on floating lyrics for it. And even then I have replay the song so to lyrics appear. Earlier this was not the problem .BTW I use REDMI NOTE 3 mob.
Good app... Sometime lyrics appear and sometimes say we Don't have the lyrics oops... Why is dat so?? Is there any specific website for downloading songs so that we can get lyrics Everytime??? Translation is not working so gud especially for tamil songs... Adds are too many...
Annoying Let's just ignore the annoying ads and extremely expensive premium subscription for a second... This thing pops up constantly over my Google maps navigation while I'm driving and listening to music. That is extremely dangerous.

Not good anymore This app is used to be my favorite music app. But recently the "premium" feature ruins it. The ads comes more frequently and the app itself becomes very slow. Please fix this issues and I'll be again give five stars.
Just love this app Beautiful, lovely app. It would be more great without ads, n more wonderful with offline lyrics. However I would say if the price of the premium drops down to 100/150 per year then hopefully you may expect more premium customer.
