I honestly think that Web.com is alright for what you are paying. Its inexpensive, so theres not going to be a million features that you'd expect from other hosting companies, but overall, it fits my needs. The customer support is amazing, I am always emailing them to help me and because I am new to this, there are many questions that I ask that are very broad or too specific. Most of the questions are somethings any professional web builder would laugh at me for not knowing, but their support team is very patient and friendly with me and answers all of my questions right away which is wonderful. Again, like I said, Its inexpensive, so the options you are paying for are not a million, but it is what you have. I began by their 50 cent promotion (which later found out it was much more expensive than that, but still not costly) and then started paying 6$ a month. Overall I really like web.com. I told a few of my friends who were looking into having their own sites for their resumes or personal portfolios or buisnesses to go with Web.com and surely I will continue to reccomend it in the future.

I wanted to check the tool from web.com because it was just 3bucks a month. The web.com tool is not bad, you can get used to it quite easy. The problem is if you want to cancel your account. From the second month they start charging more than 30bucks and you can cancel your account only by phone which should be easy, but not if are from the other side of Earth. You have to call in office hours, which are different, you get put through by couple agents and finally you stay on the line waiting untill the connection fails. Remember you have to call international, which is not cheap. You can also use Skype but the connection was so poor that after spelling my request and my details to couple agents, somebody just hang on. I just want to cancel my account, it should be really simple but not with web.com. Remember it if you want to use their tool from other country than U.S.
